I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, Triathlete & Grandmother. I trained at Path4life Yoga Teacher Training School in Milton Keynes and hold a formal accredited via Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Yoga helps me remain calm, positive and stress-free throughout today’s hectic lifestyle. Daily stretching is invaluable in helping me stay injury free during my daily training sessions of swimming, cycling or running.
Whether I’m having a good day, bad day, it’s cold, warm, wet or dry, I always reach out to my yoga practice.
